Additional Registration Information
REGISTRATION LOCATION: Black Mountain Elementary School (60th St., just south of Carefree Hwy)
REGISTRATION TIMES: 9AM - NOON
REGISTRATION FEE: $180 til 5/11; $200 thereafter
(Additional Association Fee of $200 will be due in August)
Please bring player, birth certificate and proof of residency to register.
Tackle football available for players ages 7-14 (age determined as of 8/1/13).
